A- Design and Planning
Everything is provided by starting the project with a special design. In addition, plans specially prepared according to customer needs include the dimensions, shape and material properties of the duct. This stage is critical to ensure proper air flow of the duct.
B- Precise Cutting with Plasma Cutting Technology
Material cutting is the first physical step in the production of ventilation ducts. The importance of this is that plasma cutting technology provides fast and precise cutting. Thus, it guarantees that the ducts are produced in the correct dimensions. This technology reduces the margin of error in the work process and offers high efficiency.
C- Production and Assembly
After cutting, the parts are brought together and shaped in the production line. In addition, the production of the ducts in round, rectangular or square shapes is carried out according to the project requirements. In addition, the machinery and equipment used in the assembly stage are important in terms of the strength of the sealing properties of the duct.
D- Insulation and Surface Treatments
Insulation is a critical step to increase the energy efficiency of ventilation ducts. To achieve this, it is coated with suitable materials to prevent heat loss and provide sound insulation. In addition, the galvanized coating process increases the resistance of the channel to corrosion.
Quality control must be carried out meticulously at every stage of the production process. Here are the basic quality control steps we apply:
Material Control: The quality of the galvanized sheet used is one of the most important elements in the production process. This durable and long-lasting material selection directly affects the performance of the channels.
Measurement and Cutting Control: The parts coming out of the plasma cutting machines are checked to see if they comply with the project plan. The purpose of this is to prevent even the smallest deviations from causing problems in the production process.
Leakage Tests: After assembly, the leakage of the channels is tested. This is critical for the absence of air leaks, energy efficiency and system performance.
